The System 5 mobile apps for devices running iOS or Android integrate the smartphone completely with your office system. Messages, contacts, and calendar entries are pushed and synchronized between your smartphone and your office system. Messages read on the device are flagged as “read” in the office system. Messages sent from the smartphone will be sent through the System 5 server in your office first, before being delivered to the recipient. This ensures that the message will get a unique document number and will also be completed with company header and signature.
